How it works

A clear start. A weekly check-in.

We agree on the work, permissions and customer wording before routines run.

How it works

Start with what’s getting missed.

1

Free audit

We review open estimates and unpaid invoices, then send a one-page report showing where follow-up is needed.

2

Setup

Choose a service plan. Invite our dedicated staff user into your own software. We agree on the work and approve the wording with you.

3

Weekly report

We perform the agreed services inside your own tools and email a weekly results report so you can see what happened and what needs your attention.

Setup without handing over your owner login.

You provide a separate staff login with limited permissions. Each client’s data is kept separate and private. We confirm what your software plan supports before promising automation.

Review messages before sending.

Customer messages use pre-approved wording and agreed review steps. No price changes without your OK. We agree on consent, access and data handling before work starts.

Know what happened.

We email a weekly results report and review the work with you each month. The onboarding plan aims for setup within seven days and a first report on day seven, subject to access and approvals.

Keep company access separate.

Wrench Office staff use dedicated, client-authorized access inside your own tools. We do not ask you to share another business’s login or contract.

Start with what’s getting missed.

A free Missed Revenue Audit looks at open estimates and unpaid invoices. No need to pick a plan first.

We do the work in your tools.

Your monthly fee pays for administrative services we perform, not access to our internal tools. You keep and pay for your own Housecall Pro, Jobber or other shop tools. We use only the staff access you authorize. We email reports about the work completed for your shop.
